Invitation: Our 1st Fundraiser event to take place in North West Las Vegas. Includes fun tea party setting in the great outdoors of Floyd Lamb Park.
Theme: Midsummer Night's Dreaming in Wonderland ~ Tea Party & Games
Objective: To raise money for Organisational Incorporation fees and registration while connecting with others in our community
Suggested Donation: $20/person (potluck donations for up to half of entry)

Park Entry Fee: $6/vehicle or $1/person which ever is greater (contact us to arrange car-pool options)
'Tis the season to unleash your inner muse and embark on a fantastical fairy tea party adventure! Join us on June 1st for an afternoon down the rabbit hole at Floyd Lamb Park. Your $20 contribution supports THATCH's transdimensional mission to spread joy and awareness across the enchanted landscape.
You deserve a break from the hustle and bustle of city life. What better way to reconnect with friends & nature than to spend a day at a beautiful reserve located in your backyard, while supporting a great cause?
Event Details:
Upon arrival, choose your path at the crossroads by selecting a card from our mystical deck. Let this oracle guide your unfolding journey at this once-in-a-lifetime fête. Nourish body and spirit with earthly delights amid singing willows and whispering palms.
Delve into interactive artistic installations between 1:00-3:00 pm, where you'll craft ephemeral watercolor visions, papier-mache talismans, and other unique amulets imbued with protective magic.
The festivities culminate at 3:00 with a mystical game of SparkITude! Divulge the secrets of your magical card to weave a tapestry of synchronicity. Collective revelations will catalyze our community into the ethers.
Join us on a mystical adventure and kickstart the summer off with a momentous challenge. Be sure to bring your own bouquet.
As a mobile resource hub, THATCH is able to capture the local demographics from a grassroots level of connection. Before we can appear in such places as the First Friday Art Walk, art fairs, farmer’s markets and other such locations, we need your help in achieving the proper Organizational registration requirements. Once we have raised the capital and achieve these credentials, we will be ready to share community resources on the ground everywhere.
We currently appear in such places as Sunset Park and North Las Vegas communities as a vehicle of information and support in a wholesome setting.
Event Agenda:
Upon entry, you will select a card from the deck which you will carefully tend throughout the event. Feel free to read and share your card with others during the party.
12:00-1:00: Tea & Crumpets. Sit a spell. Enjoy the scenery!
1:00-3:00: Arts & Crafts with Wildflowers.
3:00-5:00: Synchronicity with SparkITude. We will begin to play a game of interpersonal exploration together with SparkITude.
Help THATCH manifest in the physical realm by Fall Equinox! Donate your $20, + entry fee to the park, to support our inauguration. We await you down the rabbit hole under a sky full of dreams. The twilight realm awaits - see you there!
